This is a fully functional MDT which allows a user to create medical records easily as well as have administrators create new users. This was made for a roleplaying game in which I found an MDT relying on end-users putting in code.

This is a fully functional teleport script I wrote for a GTA 5 FiveM server. It allows people to teleport between two or more points in the GTA world as if it's an elevator or doorway. The elevator menu was made with NUI. A showcase video can be found on YouTube.
